Cashback Offers Guide

This guide will explain:

  • What Cashback Offers Are

  • How To Complete Them

  • Common Cashback Questions and Issues

What Are Cashback Sites?

For those of you who are new to the concept of cashback sites, it's very simple.

Cashback sites will promote a company, in this case, casinos.

For every customer that they get to sign up, the casino will pay them a commission.

The cashback site then shares part of this commission with you.  This is an incentive for you to sign up through them.

Cashback offers are super easy to complete and are very low risk.

We can often make £100-£200 from these offers, so they are well worth doing!

Quick Tip! You may want to sign up for casinos through a cashback site even though we don't outline it in our offer instructions for that offer. Just be aware that claiming the cashback may sometimes void the welcome offer (but probably won't).

How Do I Get Started?

There are 3 main cashback sites.

To start profiting from cashback offers, you'll want to create accounts with all 3.

Each cashback site is linked below.   It should only take a few minutes to sign up to each one.

I'd recommend doing this now so that you're ready to get smashing cashback offers!

Just click the links below and follow the steps to make an account. You can also earn extra cash by using our links!

How To Complete Cashback Offers

On the welcome offers page, you'll find detailed instructions on how to complete every cashback offer.

So this is just a quick introduction into how they work.

1. Sign up to the cashback site

If you haven't already, create accounts with the Cashback websites as mentioned above.

2. Sign up to a Casino via a Cashback site

On the Welcome Offers page, click the go to offer link, and it will take you to a page on the Cashback Website that is promoting the casino site.

On this page, make sure you click the “Get Cashback Now” link.

By clicking this link, it proves that you have signed up through the cashback site. If you don't do this, you won't earn your cashback.

When you click the Get Cashback Now button, a new page will open on the Casino's website.

From here, register an account with the Casino.

3. Deposit the required amount

Most cashback offers specify that a certain amount must be deposited, so make sure to deposit this amount.

4. Wager the required amount

You will be required to wager your deposit. Normally you can do this on blackjack, but the instructions on the welcome offers page will tell you if a different game should be used.

You’re likely to make a small loss from this wagering, so don't worry if that happens.

5. Receive the cash reward

Cashback isn't paid straight away.

After a few weeks, the casino will pay the cashback site the commission, and they will then pass this onto you.

This will be a cash reward that you can then withdraw to your bank account.

We discuss this further below.

How long does the process take?

The process of being paid cashback takes 3 stages, which you can track from the earnings pages on Topcashback and Quidco.

Tracked/ Pending

Once you have signed up to the casino, it can take up to one week for this to show on the cashback site. This will show as ‘Tracked' or ‘Pending'.  This is the cashback site acknowledging that a purchase has been made, or in this case, you have deposited and wagered on a casino.

Confirmed

The casino will then confirm with the cashback site that you have completed the requirements for the cashback offer, and will be eligible for the cashback. This usually takes 2-4 weeks

Payable

The time it takes to get to the point where you can withdraw to your bank account can vary. Some sites offer ‘fast track' claims which can be completed after 14 days, but the majority of cashback offers will take 6-8 weeks.

The reason for this is most sites are invoiced once a month and they can then take a while to pay the invoice.

Once the amount becomes payable you can withdraw it as cash! If you wish, The sites offer bonuses if you convert them to vouchers with major retailers. Doing this adds between 2-5% to the value of your cashback, which is a bit of extra EV if there is somewhere that you plan to shop anyway 😀

Common Questions

Very occasionally, cashback offers might not track automatically.

If after a week or so, you can't see your transaction on your earnings page do not panic!

Cashback sites have a process for this and allow you to make a ‘Missed Cashback’ claim. How to do this can be found via the customer support link on the cashback site. This process asks for information about the claim and then they investigate it. This can be a lengthy process taking 2-3 months.

Occasionally, cashback offers will initially show on your earnings page as being for the amount 0, or as an amount lower than the cashback you were expecting.  This is quite normal, and usually after about a week, the cashback amount updates to the correct amount.

If after 1-2 weeks, your earnings page is still showing the wrong amount, you can ask the cashback site to investigate. You can do this by filing a ‘Missing Cashback’ claim from the customer support section on the cashback site. This process asks for information about the claim and they will then investigate for you.

Whilst it can be a little frustrating having to wait for your cashback, we think these offers are still definitely worth doing!  They are super quick to complete, low risk, because we can often wager on blackjack, and by signing up to these casinos, we’ll potentially gain access to reload offers in future.  So we can smash through these offers quickly, and then sit back and wait for £100-£200 of cash to be paid to us!

Cashback offers can change regularly. Occasionally they even show different amounts for different people.

If this happens, you should still be fine to complete the cashback offer.  You can calculate the new EV, by taking the EV on the welcome offers page, and then adding or subtracting the change in the cashback amount.

If the cashback amount has changed significantly, and you’re not sure if the offer is still worth doing, do contact us.

Once you have met the requirements of the cashback, by depositing and wagering, you are safe to withdraw all your cash. There is no need to wait to receive the cashback, and withdrawing will have no impact on your claim.

Casinos chose to list themselves on cashback sites to try and generate new customers. So using cashback sites should have no impact on your chances of being gubbed.
