Payment Terms

You pay for your Team Casino subscription upfront based on your choice of payment plan (10 day trial, monthly subscription or annual subscription). The amount is based on the pricing at the time of subscribing per our Pricing page, https://www.teamcasino.com/payment-plans.

If you choose the 10 day trial, you will automatically be moved on to the monthly subscription after your 10 day trial has finished. If you do not want to want to be moved to the monthly subscription, you can cancel your subscription no problem (see next section below).

Once you are subscribed to either the monthly or annual subscription, your subscription will automatically renew.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription anytime by clicking on Cancel Subscription in My Account and following the simple steps.  Members who pay via debit card (Stripe) can cancel there subscription directly from the My Account page. Members who pay via Paypal will be required to cancel the recurring payment from within their Paypal account.

Please ensure that you fully complete the cancellation process. If you are unsure it has been completed, please contact us so we can check. We won't issue refunds of subsequent payments because you forgot to cancel or didn't complete the cancellation process.

You will retain full access to your Team Casino account until your subscription period ends.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee

Within your first 30 days of subscribing to Team Casino (from your first payment date), you may request a refund if you are dissatisfied with the service we provide. You can request this by emailing [email protected] with the subject ‘Refund'.

In advance of emailing us, please cancel your subscription by clicking Cancel Subscription in ‘My Account‘ and following the steps to ensure you don't incur any future payments.

The money back guarantee is limited to one per person, payment method, household or IP address and refunds will be denied if patterns of abuse are detected (such as abusing the £1 trial).

Existing customers that take out a new subscription, or who have created more than one Team Casino account will not be eligible for this money back guarantee. This includes an existing user upgrading to an annual subscription, or a member re-subscribing after a period of not using Team Casino.

Other Refunds

Our Money Back Guarantee is only available within 30 days of your first ever payment to us. You will not be able to claim any refund from us if it has been more than 30 days since your first payment.

Multiple Accounts
